1) Eligibility & Participation
- Open to individuals in jurisdictions where crypto participation is permitted. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
- By using the site, you agree to these Guidelines and any token-specific terms posted on each token page.
- No botting, market manipulation, wash trading, or Sybil attacks. Violations may result in disqualification from rewards or reveals.
2) Season & Launch Structure
- A season comprises 12 launches unless otherwise stated on the site.
- Each launch page discloses creator-fee assumptions (band) and milestone thresholds.
- The current launch is highlighted; past launches remain available for full history and charts.
3) Creator Fees & Vault Policy
To build the Vault without selling treasury, SolSyndiX routes creator fees as follows:
Default policy: 50% of creator fees → Vault
Remainder: 50% → Builder Fund (rewards, comps, growth)
- Pre-graduation (bonding curve): creator fee applies per venue rules; our policy forwards 50% of collected fees to the Vault.
- Post-graduation (PumpSwap): creator-fee band varies by market-cap tier (we model conservatively on site).
- All transfers allocated to the Vault are posted to the Audit Log with transaction links.
4) Vault Mechanics & 12-Word Reveal
- Vault balance: public wallet; live SOL balance displayed on the site.
- Reveal flow: each token has milestones (see below). When completed, eligible holders can gate-unlock one word of the 12-word phrase.
- Gating: proof-of-ownership via wallet sign; a dynamic minimum holding threshold proportional to market cap may apply.
- Prize: the first user to reconstruct the 12-word phrase may claim the Vault. A new Vault cycle then begins.
5) Wallet Safety
- Site gating uses read-only signature checks (no spending authority). We never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
- Always verify the URL is solsyndix.com and the connected wallet is your intended wallet.
- Revoke unneeded approvals periodically using reputable tools/wallets.
6) Milestones & Anti-Gaming
- Examples (published per token):
- Market cap ≥ the target shown on the token page (progress bar reflects live value).
- 24h volume ≥ the target shown on the token page (live feed or override).
- Minimum Vault Raise ≥ the SOL target shown on the token page (every transfer logged in the Audit Log).
- Measurement basis: thresholds are computed on a circulating-supply basis. Locked/vesting treasury may be excluded when stated to avoid forcing treasury sells.
- Reveal gate (fair access): wallet must prove on-chain holdings ≥ the rule displayed as “≥ N TOKEN” (set per-token). Signature checks are read-only; no spending authority is requested.
- Anti-gaming: suspicious behavior (wash trading, inorganic volume loops, wallet cycling to spoof holdings, coordinated dumps before checks) can pause or void a reveal. We post audit notes and timestamps. Repeated violations can disqualify a token’s reveal for the season.
7) Transparency & Audit Log
- All creator-fee transfers and milestone checks are posted with explorer links.
- Periodic summaries show totals by category: Vault, Builder Fund (rewards/marketing/ops).
- Charts and CSVs (holders, concentration, velocity) are updated on published schedules.
8) Community Conduct
- Healthy competition is welcome; harassment, fraud, or targeted manipulation is not.
- Exploiting undisclosed vulnerabilities or game loops is prohibited; report issues for rewards.
9) Risks & Disclaimers
- Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
- Participation is at your own risk. You are responsible for taxes and compliance obligations.
- Site content may include forward-looking assumptions; real outcomes can differ materially.
